Refund Policy

First of all, we are really sorry that you are not happy with the items received and would like a refund or exchange. Please contact us for further assistance, and below is our store policy. 

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date item is received. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange. Please note that we only offer refund in store credit.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale and discounted items is not eligible. Refund is excluding the shipping fees. We do not accept return for intimate or sanitary products. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Eg:, when any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, the refund in terms of store credit will be given for your next purchase, which is only valid in 1 use and cannot be split into different purchases. 


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the new tracking number. In cases where the item is out of stock, same amount of store credit will be given for your next purchase.

Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from your purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
